Groundwork

Throughout our careers, time and again we felt the frustration and the fascination with the question how people could feel stuck and not do anything about it for years. We have had the opportunity to look inside a wide range of organisations and we noticed that both leaders and associates were primarily focused on meeting short term objectives, and were left with little space to think about and build the future.

So we asked ourselves what we could do to re-direct the wasted energy towards positive outcomes.

We dug into scientific research, challenging ourselves to second-guess our gut feeling. The data were there and revealed confronting, persistent patterns that directed us towards the insights, the knowledge and the skills required for solving the challenge. We enhanced our expertise and joined forces with people who complement our capabilities.
