Before
You are a business leader who seeks to build a high performing organisation. Although you are passionate about excellence and flow, you are faced with distracted and under-utilized associates. There are multiple indicators that your people need inspiration, facilitation and guidance so that they can contribute more effectively. But how?
During
With Company Purpose we guide you through a three-step approach towards a sustainable transformation. The success of the program depends on senior sponsorship and requires engagement on all organisational levels.
The process comprises the following steps:
Step 1: Company Purpose discovery
Step 2: Individual drives across the organisation
Step 3: Purpose Alignment
Step 1: Company Purpose Discovery
Together with you and your (management) team we discuss look back to the origin of the company and the difference it initially wanted to make, what changed along the way and why. This shapes the blueprint of your Company Purpose. The blueprint is the output of Step 1 and the input for the detailed framework required for Step 2.
Step 2: Individual drives across the organisation
This is the reality check. We initiate a dialogue with your associates to get an impression of what happens below the surface. We explore the gap between the leadership aspirations and the perception of the associates. Based on our experience, we expect the unexpected. We take the time for proper analysis of our observations and go back ‘on the field’ if further research is required. Only after a thorough analysis for which we utilize both our hard and our soft skills, do we proceed with report to you. The report is the output of Step 2 and the input for Step 3.
Step 3: Purpose Alignment
There are multiple scenarios for Step 3. The specific execution approach is inferior to the main objective of the program, which is that the organisation’s purpose becomes visible in any activity an associate undertakes. Whatever approach we agree upon, a lot of effort will be required. Prerequisites for success are commitment by the senior sponsorship, structured approach and open dialogue on all levels.
After
On the short run your employees spend more time on work that makes the difference. You notice they collaborate more and actively seek help from colleagues outside their departments. On the long run your customers experience greater satisfaction and stay longer with your business.
